MeiAngelo Taylor is the founder of MeiAngelo Taylor International (MTI) and the creator of the Victory Self-Worth & Value Program™, an evidence-based curriculum transforming how people understand identity, behavior, and human potential.
With over two decades of experience in applied psychology, MeiAngelo helps individuals and organizations take 100% ownership of their lives by strengthening self-worth, building healthy relationships, and creating pathways for lasting personal growth.
He is also the founder of the InnerWe Institute™, a nonprofit committed to trauma-informed community transformation. Through programs like the Victory Program, Victory Incubator, Father Engagement initiatives, and the Rise Rooted Initiative™, InnerWe helps youth and emerging adults develop the confidence, clarity, and leadership needed to shape stronger families and communities.
MeiAngelo, a proud graduate of Christian Brothers University, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He and his wife, Latoria, are the parents of five adult children who inspire his mission daily.
